Society Administrative Team here to help you! Our Staff are completely committed to their jobs and help to make the
Society what it is. They generally come to us with a Community Support
Worker Certificate or equivalent. Many staff that are hired based on past
experience rather than education pursue their certificates while they work
full time. Appropriate education and experience is a qualification for
promotion to the position of Program Coordinator. The Society offers regular
in-service staff training opportunities and many out-of-service educational
sessions in order to ensure that our employees stay current and proficient
in the discharge of their duties. Our Staff are committed to the mission of
